Meditation in the Heart

The heart is highly regarded in most spiritual traditions. In Theosophical literature this organ is considered to be the representative of spiritual consciousness in the physical body. In this technique, the aspirant gets in touch with his higher nature by placing the attention on the etheric center related to the heart. To learn more about this technique click here.

Taijasa Awareness Meditation

Taijasa is a Sanskrit word that means “brilliant” or “illumined”. In the Theosophical literature the term “manas-taijasa” refers to the state of mind (manas) when it is illumined by the spiritual intuition (buddhi). This technique is based on the development of awareness as a means to reach a state of spiritual consciousness. To learn more about this technique click here.
